I was born in 1976 in Istanbul. I spent my childhood in Küçükçekmece. Primary-intermediate high school life in Istanbul, higher education Bursa and later Bournemouth in England.
I joined business life in 1999, with marketing activities in one of our family companies. This company was rewarded as the best distributor of a German brand in the world in 2005. I have taken part in executive positions since then. Afterward, I established businesses in 6 countries responsible for its activities. Our group of companies today (five companies in Turkey and eight companies outside Turkey) has reached eight countries, 15 enterprises, six main sectors, and approximately 650 employees.

In my 23 years of business life, my philosophy is to always walk towards my goals without getting tired. During my business life, I took the advice and teachings of Mehmet SANDAL, my beloved father and my biggest supporter, throughout my journey.

Being fair and being a servant have always been my philosophies and vice versa; it is the red line I never cross and let someone else do. I have been taking care of companies and their members similarly. I am also sensitive to spare time for my wife and three children, as the family is where you can learn from and teach a moral compass.
